Is Oikoro free for consumers?
Yes! Searching for businesses, reading reviews, and contacting professionals is completely free for consumers. You just need to create an account to save favorites.
How do I find a professional near me?
Use the search bar on the homepage or browse by category. You can filter results by location, rating, and whether the business is verified.
What does 'Verified' mean?
Verified businesses have submitted documentation (license, insurance, or business registration) that our team has reviewed. It signals to customers that the business is legitimate and trustworthy.
Do you serve my area?
Oikoro serves all 50 US states. Businesses can list themselves in specific cities, states, or nationally.

How do I list my business?
Click "Sign Up" and create an account, then fill out your business profile with your details, category, and service area. You'll be guided through the verification process right after.
How much does it cost?
We offer a free trial (30 days for Founding Members, 14 days otherwise) followed by paid plans starting at $39/month. Founding Members get 20% off for life. See our pricing page for full details.
What is the Founding Member program?
The first 100 businesses to join Oikoro get exclusive perks: a 30-day free trial (double the standard), 20% lifetime discount on any paid plan, a permanent Founding Member badge on their profile, and priority verification. Once all 100 spots are claimed, this offer is gone forever.
Are there any per-lead or referral fees?
Never. Your subscription gives you unlimited leads. When a customer contacts you through Oikoro, there's no extra charge.
How is Oikoro different from Yelp or Angi?
Oikoro is 100% focused on property services. Every visitor is looking for a property professional — not a restaurant or hair salon. That means higher-quality leads for your business.
What documents do I need for verification?
We require at least 2 documents from: professional license, liability insurance, business registration/EIN, and government photo ID. Additional documents like surety bonds and W-9 forms help speed up approval.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel through your dashboard and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
How long until I start getting leads?
Most businesses start receiving profile views within the first week. Lead volume depends on your category, location, and how complete your profile is (photos, reviews, and verification help a lot).
