A lien waiver is the paper that says: this crew got paid for this job, so they will not put a claim on the house. Most GCs will not send the check until that paper is signed. This page is just the signing room. You use the form you already have. They sign on a phone. We do not write the legal text and we do not hold the money.

Most GCs still email a PDF and wait. This page is the next step: upload that same paper, send one link, and the sub or supplier signs on their phone. The signed copy stays in your Oikoro account so you can pull it up when the owner or lender asks.
Do you provide the legal form?
No. Oikoro is the signing room, not a law firm. Use the waiver your lawyer or office already uses. If the job is in a state with an official form (for example California or Texas), use that language. Tennessee and many other states have no official form.
What does it cost?
The first 3 sends on an account are free. After that it is $6 per extra send. We do not take a cut of the job payment and we do not hold the check.
