Oikoro Waivers

Send a conditional lien waiver

A conditional lien waiver gives up lien rights only after the payment written on the form actually arrives. Contractors use it when someone is signing before the check or transfer has cleared.

Use a conditional waiver when the money is promised and not yet in the account. If the payment never arrives, the waiver is not supposed to take effect.

  1. 1. Upload the conditional waiver your office already uses.
  2. 2. Send the link to the sub or supplier.
  3. 3. They sign on a phone. You still pay them the way you already do.

The first 3 sends are free. After that it is $6 per extra send.

What is a conditional lien waiver?

It is a waiver that takes effect only after the payment on the form is received. Signing it before the money arrives does not, by itself, give up the right to get paid.

Does Oikoro write the conditional form?

No. Upload the conditional waiver your lawyer or office already uses. Oikoro is the signing room.

Other waiver types: Unconditional Lien Waiver, Progress Payment Lien Waiver, Final Payment Lien Waiver.

Not legal advice. Oikoro does not draft lien waivers and does not hold construction payments. Upload the form your office already uses. If the job is in a state with official waiver language, use that language.
