As part of our business verification program, we collect certain sensitive documents from businesses that voluntarily apply for verification. These may include:

- General liability insurance certificates (including provider names and policy numbers)
- Surety bond certificates (including bond amounts)
- Business registration documents (LLC articles, EIN confirmation letters, state registrations)

- We retain verification documents for as long as the business maintains an active listing on Oikoro, or as required by law.
- Upon account deletion or at the business owner's written request, verification documents will be permanently deleted within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
- We do not sell, share, or distribute verification documents to any third party, except when required by law or legal process.
- Document information (such as license numbers) may be used solely to confirm validity with the issuing authority.

- Account information is permanently deleted
- Business listings and associated reviews are removed
- Verification documents are permanently deleted within 30 days
- Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes
- Data required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance may be retained as required by applicable law
