By accessing or using oikoro.com (the "Service"), operated by Tetra Property Group LLC ("Oikoro," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Oikoro is an online marketplace that connects consumers with property-related service providers. We provide a platform for businesses to list their services and for consumers to discover, compare, and contact those businesses. Oikoro is a marketplace platform — we do not directly provide any property services.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One person or business may not maintain multiple accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Business Listings

Businesses listed on Oikoro agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date business information.
• Maintain any required licenses, permits, and insurance for their trade.
• Not misrepresent their services, qualifications, or experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Oikoro reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms, contains misleading information, or receives repeated verified complaints.

5. Verification Program

Our verification badge indicates that a business has submitted documentation (such as license numbers, insurance certificates, or business registration) for review. Verification does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee of quality, or warranty of any kind. Consumers should always perform their own due diligence.

6. Reviews & Content

• Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences.
• You may not post fake reviews, whether positive or negative.
• Content must not be defamatory, abusive, obscene, or illegal.
• Oikoro may remove content that violates these guidelines.
• By posting content, you grant Oikoro a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

• Business subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• Free trials automatically expire — you will not be charged unless you choose to upgrade.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for assistance.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

8. Classifieds

The classifieds section allows peer-to-peer property-related listings. All classifieds must be related to property services or goods. Oikoro is not a party to any transaction between users and assumes no liability for classifieds content or resulting transactions.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Use the platform to spam or send unsolicited communications

10. Limitation of Liability

Oikoro provides a platform connecting consumers and businesses. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oikoro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any transaction between users.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oikoro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
