1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using oikoro.com (the "Service"), operated by Tetra Property Group LLC ("Oikoro," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Oikoro is an online marketplace that connects consumers with property-related service providers. We provide a platform for businesses to list their services and for consumers to discover, compare, and contact those businesses. Oikoro is a marketplace platform only — we do not directly provide, endorse, or guarantee any property services. All services are provided directly by independent third-party businesses listed on the platform.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including using a strong password that meets our minimum complexity requirements.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One person or business may not maintain multiple accounts.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Business Listings

Businesses listed on Oikoro agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date business information.
• Maintain any required licenses, permits, and insurance for their trade.
• Not misrepresent their services, qualifications, or experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
• Promptly update their profile if any information changes (including license status, insurance coverage, or business registration).

Oikoro reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms, contains misleading information, or receives repeated verified complaints.

5. Verification Program & Document Submission

Our verification program allows businesses to submit documentation for review. By participating, you agree to the following:

• Voluntary submission: Verification is optional. Documents are submitted at the business owner's discretion.
• Accuracy and authenticity: All documents submitted must be genuine, current, and accurately represent the business and its owner. Submitting fraudulent, forged, altered, or expired documents is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Types of documents: We may request professional licenses, liability insurance certificates, surety bond certificates, business registration documents, government-issued photo identification, and IRS W-9 forms.
• Authorization: By submitting documents, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to share them and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
• Verification scope: Our review process involves confirming that documents appear authentic and that information (such as license numbers) can be validated against publicly available records where possible. We are not responsible for verifying the ongoing validity of licenses, insurance coverage, or other credentials beyond the point of initial review.
• No endorsement: The "Verified" badge indicates that documentation was submitted and reviewed — it does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, guarantee of quality, guarantee of ongoing compliance, or warranty of any kind.
• Document storage: Submitted documents are stored securely and accessed only by authorized administrators. See our Privacy Policy for details on storage, retention, and deletion.
• Revocation: Oikoro may revoke verification status at any time if documents are found to be invalid, expired, or if the business violates these terms.

6. Reviews & Content

• Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences.
• You may not post fake reviews, whether positive or negative.
• Content must not be defamatory, abusive, obscene, or illegal.
• Oikoro may remove content that violates these guidelines.
• By posting content, you grant Oikoro a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

• Business subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• Free trials automatically expire — you will not be charged unless you choose to upgrade.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for assistance.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• Founding Member discounts and special pricing are subject to the terms in effect at the time of enrollment and may not be combined with other offers.

8. Classifieds

The classifieds section allows peer-to-peer property-related listings. All classifieds must be related to property services or goods. Oikoro is not a party to any transaction between users and assumes no liability for classifieds content or resulting transactions.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit falsified, forged, or fraudulent documents
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Use the platform to spam or send unsolicited communications
• Circumvent any security or access controls

10. Limitation of Liability

Oikoro provides a platform connecting consumers and businesses. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or reliability of any listed service or service provider. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Oikoro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any transaction between users.
• Oikoro is not responsible for the actions, products, services, or content of any business listed on the platform.
• Our verification program does not constitute a guarantee of a business's credentials, quality of work, financial stability, or ongoing compliance with legal requirements.
• Consumers are solely responsible for performing their own due diligence before hiring any service provider, including independently verifying licenses, insurance, and references.
• Oikoro is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from services provided by businesses listed on the platform, whether or not such businesses hold a "Verified" badge.
• In no event shall Oikoro's total liability exceed the amount you paid to Oikoro in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Oikoro makes no warranty that: (a) the Service will meet your requirements; (b) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) information provided through the Service (including business listings, verification status, and reviews) is accurate, reliable, or complete.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oikoro, Tetra Property Group LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; (d) any content you submit or post; or (e) any documents you submit as part of the verification process.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in the state in which Tetra Property Group LLC is registered. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website at least 30 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Tetra Property Group LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
