Oikoro Waivers

Send a final payment lien waiver

A final payment lien waiver covers the rest of the job. Contractors use it at closeout, often including retainage, once the last payment is the one on the form.

Use it when the work on that contract is finished. Write any unpaid extras on the form before anyone signs, if your waiver has a place for them.

  1. 1. Upload the final waiver your office already uses.
  2. 2. Send the link at closeout.
  3. 3. They sign on a phone. You keep the signed copy.

The first 3 sends are free. After that it is $6 per extra send.

What is a final payment lien waiver?

It is the waiver for the last payment on the job. It is broader than a progress waiver because it covers what is left, not one draw.

Does Oikoro write the final form?

No. Upload the final waiver your lawyer or office already uses. Oikoro is the signing room, not a law firm.

Other waiver types: Conditional Lien Waiver, Unconditional Lien Waiver, Progress Payment Lien Waiver.

Not legal advice. Oikoro does not draft lien waivers and does not hold construction payments. Upload the form your office already uses. If the job is in a state with official waiver language, use that language.
